Users must comply with applicable law, these Terms and relevant third-party platform rules. You may not use KerSite to publish or facilitate fraud, impersonation, deceptive claims, unlawful discrimination, malware, phishing, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, intellectual-property infringement, illegal goods/services, exploitation, harassment, threats, spam, security attacks, scraping that violates applicable rights or platform rules, or content that is otherwise unlawful. Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access another tenant's data, probe or exploit platform vulnerabilities, interfere with service availability, upload malicious files, falsify analytics/reviews, or misrepresent affiliations with Google, Meta, iMor, KerSite or another organization. Customers are responsible for ensuring offers, prices, testimonials, business claims and uploaded media are truthful and authorized. KerSite may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention or platform-policy compliance.
